  • Our studio is located in Uptown Charlotte. Address and parking information will be given once booked. If travel appointment is booked; location must be in Charlotte, with easily accessible parking available.

  • We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.Clients are encouraged to arrive with clean skin. Avoid trying new skincare products or treatments 48–72 hours prior to your appointment to prevent irritation. If you have inspiration photos, specific concerns, or products you love, feel free to bring them—this helps ensure a seamless, personalized experience.

  • To book, please fill out the inquiry form with your desired service, date, and occasion. Once submitted, we’ll follow up to confirm availability and finalize the details based on our schedule. Booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits may be sent via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Cash.

    The remaining balance is due at the time of service, preferably in cash. Alternative payment methods are accepted if needed.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a refund of the deposit.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

    Clients who cancel within 48 hours or fail to show will be required to pay the full service amount upfront to book any future appointments.

  • Yes Juan will travel within Charlotte for a $20 fee. Anything further will be an extra charge. Accessible parking must be available for travel.
